Why SALUZ Institute.
For decades, Executive Education has helped professionals develop the capabilities required to lead organizations. SALUZ Institute starts from a simple question: should we also learn to understand the biological system through which those capabilities are expressed? We believe the answer is yes.
01The belief
Because every capability has a biological foundation.
Organizations invest extensively in developing leadership, strategic thinking, communication, technology and new professional capabilities. But every one of these capabilities is expressed through the same biological system. Our ability to sustain attention, learn, regulate emotions, make decisions and perform under pressure depends, at least in part, on how that system functions.

02Position
Human Performance, not wellness.
This is executive education, held to the standards of executive education. It is not a wellbeing initiative, and it is not framed as self-care. The subject is professional capability: attention, learning, judgement and performance under sustained demand.
We translate research across neuroscience, sleep science, nutrition, exercise physiology and psychology into learning that leaders can defend to their own organizations.

Designed learning, not guest lectures.
Every Lab is designed with the client before it is delivered, around a three-step method and around the real conditions in which professionals work: high cognitive demand, sustained pressure, travel, long working days, irregular schedules and constant decision-making.
